We are currently looking for a student in Systems Engineering/Computer Science or related fields for our IT Support Technician position. Key responsibilities include providing preventive and corrective technical support for computer equipment and delivering effective solutions to ensure optimal performance of our technological infrastructure. Requirements: - Student or graduate in Systems Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in IT support. - Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems. - Experience in structured network cabling. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. - Proactivity and teamwork skills. - Willingness to travel as required by project needs (CABA and GBA). - Strong organizational and time management skills.
