Experience in production lines and completed secondary education This opportunity may interest you! · Randstad will be selecting operators with experience in industrial or agro-industrial plants, preferably accustomed to working under quality, safety, and environmental standards for the production area at Synertech SA · Your main responsibilities will be: · Collaborate in production processes to ensure production volumes comply with quality, environmental, and safety standards. Collaborate in fulfilling the weekly production plan to achieve planned output. Collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness, task organization and distribution, identification of materials, and all activities related to achieving production goals. Collaborate on production lines, performing shift coverage across different positions or sectors as required · Requirements: · Completed secondary education (mandatory) Availability for rotating shifts. Prior experience in production lines. Ability to maintain a sustained work pace. Flexibility to rotate across different positions.
