Job Summary: We are seeking a leader to manage the integrated operations of an agricultural-livestock establishment, with emphasis on infrastructure, machinery, and livestock management. Key Highlights: 1. Lead integrated agricultural-livestock operations 2. Technical management of irrigation, machinery, and a herd of 600 animals 3. Supervision of team and productive/financial reporting Job Objective Lead the integrated operations of an establishment combining irrigated crop production and livestock activities. A candidate with strong technical expertise in infrastructure and machinery, along with experience in livestock management, is required. Main Responsibilities * Irrigation Management: Supervision and technical maintenance of 4 Valley pivot irrigation systems, their 5 motors, and 7 pumps. * Livestock Management: Coordination and execution of health, feeding, and general management tasks for a herd of 600 animals. * Machinery Maintenance: Care and operation of the machinery fleet (tractors, bagging machine, loader, tillage implements). * Team Leadership: Management and supervision of daily tasks performed by 4 direct reports. * Administration and Technology: Generation of productive/financial reports and operation of digital equipment monitoring systems. Candidate Requirements * Education: Electromechanical Technician, Agricultural Technician, or related field (Preferred). * Experience: Proven track record in field management roles with supervisory responsibilities. * Technical Skills (Mandatory): * Hands-on technical ability to maintain motors, pumps, and irrigation equipment. * Knowledge of livestock management (herd handling, basic animal health, and feeding). * Operation of basic agricultural machinery. * Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring systems. * Competencies: Proactivity, leadership capability, integrity, and openness to adopting new technologies applicable to the sector. * Mandatory Condition: Residency at the establishment.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 30 and 45 years Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: resident, field manager, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, field, territory
