Administrative Process Analyst - Zarate

Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst for the team of a major manufacturing company who will challenge themselves and shape their future. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational data collection and analysis from the workshop. 2. Report generation and deviation detection. 3. Development and optimization of macros and automations. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Data collection, entry, and systematization of operational workshop data. Analysis and breakdown of hard data: times, costs, yields, and workshop KPIs. Preparation of periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with key indicators. Deviation and trend identification based on analysis of collected information. Design and maintenance of Excel-based tracking dashboards and databases. Development and optimization of macros and automations for data processing. Support to the department in document management and sector record control. Coordination with other departments to consolidate cross-functional information. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (data analysis, processes, continuous improvement). Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, and macros/VBA (Mandatory). Experience in operations, logistics, industrial, or transportation sectors (Desirable). Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI) — Desirable. University student pursuing Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Systems, or related technical degrees (Desirable). Analytical and methodical profile with ability to handle large volumes of information. Strong willingness to work in operational environments. Personal mobility (Mandatory). WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
