




**Job Opening: Restaurant Manager** For a gastronomic venue, we are looking to add a Restaurant Manager to our Operations team. **What will you do?** * Design commercial strategies: sales, promotions, happy hours. * Plan sales targets, CMV, operating costs, and staffing. * Manage purchases and ensure bar supplies. * Administer the site's human resources and their performance. * Ensure a customer experience aligned with quality and service standards. * Lead the transmission of values and culture to the team. * Guarantee order, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Supervise that products comply with established procedures. * Communicate updates, policies, and actions to the team in charge. * Perform daily analysis of site results and performance. * Attend weekly management meetings. * Measure the impact of marketing and social media activities. * Analyze competition and market trends. * Identify and report deviations affecting operations (stock, suppliers, inspections, etc.). * Evaluate cashiers' and runners' performance. * Review operational documentation and approve audits with improvement plans. **What are we looking for?** * Student or graduate in Gastronomy, Business Administration or related fields (desirable) * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role. * Knowledge of gastronomic management tools. * Knowledge of cost analysis and stock control (mandatory) * Intermediate Excel skills * Proactive, methodical profile with a focus on continuous improvement. empleo@temple.com.ar SUBJECT: Monroe Restaurant Manager Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site position
