What Are We Looking For? A Delivery Lead to join a major client in the insurance industry. · Work Location: CABA Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 · Requirements: · Must have: More than 7 years of experience in software delivery, program management, or agile leadership, with at least 3 years in roles with direct accountability for delivery outcomes (not only process-related responsibilities). More than 3 years of experience in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe), operating at ART or value stream level—not just team level. Advanced conversational English (mandatory) Demonstrable experience delivering multi-country or multi-tenant digital products in complex enterprise environments. Experience working with cloud-native platforms (preferably Azure) and modern microservices-based architectures, with sufficient technical knowledge to hold credible conversations with engineers and architects. Experience coordinating deliveries involving multiple external teams and partners. Experience in digital health, insurance, or regulated industries will be considered a differentiator. · Responsibilities: Delivery Ownership Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of value stream commitments—from planning through to production release. Share accountability with Product Management regarding what is delivered, when it is delivered, and at what quality level. Make scope and priority trade-off decisions jointly with the product team. Maintain a clear and up-to-date view of delivery status, risks, and confidence levels—ensuring no surprises for program leadership. ________________________________________ Cross-Team and Cross-Country Coordination Manage dependencies among various teams and shared services (APIs, Cloud enablement, Infrastructure, Change Management). Coordinate delivery sequencing with regional and country-level stakeholders, including alignment points between IT and business. Align delivery resources with value stream commitments and monitor progress against those commitments. ________________________________________ Risk and Dependency Management Proactively identify delivery risks (technical, dependency-related, resource-related, or stakeholder-related) and define mitigation actions before they become blockers. Escalate situations with clear options and recommendations—not merely problem descriptions. ________________________________________ Stakeholder Alignment Act as the primary delivery point of contact for IT and business stakeholders across different countries regarding program execution. Provide clear and transparent delivery updates to program leadership. Collaborate with Solution Leads and Technical Leads to ensure architectural decisions align with delivery sequencing. ________________________________________ Delivery Governance Lead or co-facilitate preparation for planning, coordination across value streams, and value stream System Demos. Monitor and improve feature delivery predictability, feature cycle time, and dependency resolution speed.
