Meet up with colleagues and friends over cocktails at Pony Line and dry\-aged steaks at Elena, or enjoy a local tradition – Sunday barbecue – in our secret garden. **Responsibilities:** * Will be responsible for supervising the shift and staff (task assignment and maintenance of quality in guest rooms and public areas). * Will supervise staff training and monitor compliance with departmental standards (quality, service, productivity and efficiency). * Will supervise inventories and quality upon receipt of laundry and external dry cleaning services. * Will perform administrative tasks related to the department. * Must support the assigned team in any required operational tasks. * Will assist in conducting the team’s monthly meetings. Requirements: * Excellent leadership and personnel coordination skills. * Graduate or advanced student in Hospitality Management and/or related fields. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar or supervisory positions. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Availability to work various shifts. * Strong service orientation.
