Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Analyze business processes and propose integrated solutions. Design solutions jointly with key users and technical teams. Perform functional testing and certify deliverables. Coordinate user testing and track improvements. Prepare functional documentation. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (graduated or advanced student). 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. Intermediate English. Knowledge of BPMN, SQL, agile methodologies, testing (Postman/JMeter), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes. Knowledge of or interest in telecommunications/OTT processes (mandatory). Use of generative AI applied to analysis and testing.
