**Job Offer Details** ------------------------- Job Description MISSION: Manage available resources and maintenance tasks of production and general service equipment to ensure compliance with the production program within a framework of continuous improvement and sustainability. Responsibilities Manage the company's physical and technological assets.Develop and properly monitor maintenance programs, indicators, and procedures involving the department.Promote the implementation of good practices in quality, safety, and environmental management.Lead the planned maintenance pillar, interacting with other departments and participating in the IMS committee.Plan preventive maintenance programs in mechanical, electrical, building, and general services areas. Coordinate task execution and control their completion.Identify design improvements and implement them in equipment. Coordinate the installation of new equipment and ensure its operation according to manufacturer specifications.Coordinate resources used for monitoring and responding to failures and breakdowns. Improve failure resolution times.Plan spare parts supply based on usage frequency and criticality for operational continuity of equipment and facilities. Ensure proper storage. Evaluate spare parts rotation based on usage and replacement frequency.Manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenses and tracking their evolution. Assess investment proposals and present them for approval.Supervise Systematic Problem Treatments (SPT) in cases of failures, breakdowns, and stoppages.Ensure personnel working in the area comply with control measures for significant environmental aspects applicable to them. Identify and manage associated risks. Meet environmental objectives. Carry out necessary activities to ensure compliance with chemical substance management. Qualifications Graduates in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.Proficiency in Office suite and JDE.Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.Ability to relocate/move to our site in Mendoza.Work mode: On-site \#J\-18808\-Ljbffr **Nominal Salary****:** Negotiable **Source****:** Jobleads
