Participates in strategic initiatives involving automation, cloud, and development **Join a team that drives the technological evolution of large-scale Microsoft 365 environments, designing automation solutions that optimize operations, enhance user experience, and boost organizational efficiency.** You will be part of strategic initiatives where automation, cloud, collaboration, and development converge to modernize critical enterprise platforms. You will work on high-impact projects, building custom administrative tools and scalable solutions for complex Microsoft ecosystems. We seek candidates with an analytical mindset, strong expertise in PowerShell and Microsoft 365, and the ability to translate operational needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * Design and develop custom administrative tools for large-scale Microsoft 365 environments. * Automate processes using **PowerShell**, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure DevOps. * Optimize and modernize administration processes in SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive. * Implement reporting and monitoring solutions to improve operational visibility and performance. * Integrate solutions with Azure, Entra ID, and complementary cloud services. * Contribute to continuous improvement of scripting standards and development best practices. * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and collaboration teams to design resilient and secure solutions. * Document developments and contribute to the evolution of the internal automation framework. * Manage multiple initiatives in dynamic, digitally transforming environments. **What are we looking for? \| Mandatory Requirements** -------------------------------------------- * Solid experience in **professional PowerShell scripting** (minimum 3–5 years). * Experience working with **Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive)**. * Knowledge and use of **Microsoft Graph API**. * Experience in automation and administration within cloud environments (Azure). * Experience with Azure DevOps, repositories, and pipelines. * Knowledge of identity administration (Entra ID). * Ability to work in collaborative environments and agile methodologies. * Analytical profile, focused on continuous improvement and resolution of complex problems. * Advanced English proficiency. * **Bonus points if you also have** * Experience in .NET or C\# development or integration with REST APIs. * Knowledge of containers or web applications. * Experience in monitoring, logging, or auditing in M365 environments. * Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, or related). * Experience in modernizing legacy environments to cloud. * Proactive mindset, with focus on scalability and automation as strategy. **Diversity and Inclusion** -------------------------- At Accenture, equality fuels innovation.
