Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking a **ROUTINE PLANNING ANALYST**. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** * Education: Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Chemical) or related fields. * Knowledge: More than 5 years of experience in instrument maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with planning and tracking tools such as MS Project/SAP PM/Power BI is valued. * Competencies: Analytical capability and systemic vision. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and specialties. Clear and effective communication. Technical judgment for decision-making. Orientation toward continuous improvement and operational results. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** 1. Manage breakdown notifications requested for maintenance by Operations and Reliability Managers (mechanical, electrical, static equipment), as well as the backlog of breakdown notifications within your scope. 2. Manage the annual routine maintenance plan, estimating workloads, required materials, and verifying operational availability to support compliance with departmental procedures. 3. Determine work scope through prior field evaluation, including labor, materials, and required resources. 4. Manage materials required for task execution, including material reservations and cataloging. 5. Define and optimize task execution methods, seeking efficiency through new approaches and evaluating work using specific HR standards to determine work order duration. 6.
