With us, you can. **About This Opportunity:** At WSP Argentina, we are seeking a **Project Controls Professional**, with a rigorous focus on project scheduling, execution, and monitoring. **Responsibilities:** * Lead comprehensive project cost, scheduling, and risk management. * Set up, execute, and optimize systems, tools, and interfaces to ensure effective cost, schedule, and risk management. * Develop a practical and proactive role focused on successful project delivery. * Collaborate closely with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure delivery of a professional, high-quality project controls service. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Proven experience executing projects in the Mining sector (Mandatory). * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Controls and Planning. * Knowledge of and experience applying Earned Value Management and other progress monitoring techniques. * Knowledge of and experience in cost management, change control, and risk planning and management. * Advanced English, both written and spoken. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6, and MS Project (Mandatory). * Experience in Cost Control and Scheduling. * Desired experience in Agile, Lean Management, and/or AWP methodologies. * Leadership, initiative, and proactivity. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. * Analytical thinking and effective oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * High commitment to continuous improvement. **What We Offer:** * On-site work – flexible hours. * Base salary adjustment according to inflation (CPI) every three months. * Health insurance coverage for employee and immediate family members. * Healthy breakfast (twice per week). * Incentive for physical activity. * Training aligned with budget availability. * Four climate surveys per year. * The opportunity to join a multinational company with high quality standards and strong growth potential. * The chance to participate in multidisciplinary and cross-sectoral projects at national, regional, and global levels. \#LI\-VVB \#Argentina **Primary Location** AR\-M\-Mendoza**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Job Posting** Dec 17, 2025, 1:34:43 PM
