Work Location: Godoy Cruz, Mendoza Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs Employment Model: On-site Contract Type: Permanent We Offer: Join a consolidated procurement team Be part of an organization with multiple expanding business units Enjoy opportunities for professional development Achieve job stability Main Responsibilities: Receive and manage purchase requests from various internal departments Request quotations from a minimum of three suppliers and prepare Excel-based comparative analyses for approval Negotiate commercial terms: pricing, discounts, and payment terms (30/40 days via bank transfer) Generate purchase orders in the system (Finnegans) upon approval Track deliveries until goods or services are accepted by the requesting department Enter invoices into the system and forward them to the payments department Continuously identify and develop new suppliers Record and maintain up-to-date purchase history to ensure full process traceability Requirements: Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, or 1 year in the retail sector Advanced Excel skills (comparative analysis, pivot tables, analytical spreadsheets) Proficiency in management systems and digital tools in general Supplier negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized profile with strong process and documentation orientation Excellent communication and collaborative skills across multiple internal departments By applying or progressing in this process, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Law No. 326.
