Implementation of the Food Defense Program. Management of risk assessments, control methodologies, and process frequencies. Handling of customer complaints and follow-up on corrective actions. Execution of traceability exercises and product recalls. Monitoring of calibration of measurement instruments. Management of non-conformities. Preparation and coordination of internal, external, and third-party audits. Compliance with legal requirements Management of the document control system and delivery of quality training. Requirements Requirements Completed university degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Enology, or Food Science. English proficiency desirable More than two years of experience in Quality departments within industrial companies. Knowledge and experience in BRC and ISO 14001.
