A leading pharmacy chain is seeking a Logistics Analyst responsible for comprehensively managing the order flow, ensuring efficient, timely, and high-service-level deliveries to branches. The candidate’s mission will be to coordinate the entire order cycle—from preparation through final delivery—optimizing logistics, transportation, and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end order management, from generation to destination delivery. Prioritize critical orders based on business needs. Ensure compliance with the logistics service level (OTIF). Supervise order preparation, picking, and dispatch. Manage carriers and last-mile delivery services. Design and optimize distribution routes. Monitor deliveries and manage operational deviations (delays, shortages, errors). Develop tracking tools and control dashboards. Identify improvement opportunities in logistics processes. Act as a liaison with branches regarding inquiries and requests. We seek a minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics operations, distribution, or order coordination. Proficiency in management systems (WMS preferred) and IT tools is required. A degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields is required.
