With offices in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, we serve the local market with our team of over 150 engineers. **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Collaborate on improvement projects for workstations and assembly lines, ensuring the technical, economic, and operational feasibility of proposed solutions. Act as a liaison between engineering, production, and suppliers to guarantee proper implementation of new machinery, modifications, and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze real-time production line operation and propose improvements to optimize it in the future. * Design or modify workstations and machinery according to newly launched vehicles in production, evaluating technical and economic impact. * Request quotations and define the most viable solution (machinery modification or replacement). * Coordinate the design, manufacturing, validation with the supplier, installation, and commissioning of new production solutions. * Evaluate the possibility of sharing assembly stations among different vehicle models, performing 3D simulations to validate interferences and component compatibility. * Conduct theoretical time studies to optimize assembly processes. * Prepare FOPs (Flow of Production documents) to anticipate problems, define operation sheets, tools, torque specifications, and assembly times. * Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure correct implementation of changes. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Automotive or auto parts industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** Assembly fixtures, assembly process engineering, and ergonomic simulations. * **Key Competencies:** Operator ergonomics and safety orientation, ability to work on the shop floor, technical documentation management. * **Software:** CATIA **Additional Information** Work Location: Córdoba Work Modality: Full On-site \- Full-time
