Role Description The Construction Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager in tendering and qualification processes, as well as providing support in document management. They are also responsible for managing information flow with subcontractors to keep projects on track and ensure accurate execution, including identification and resolution of compliance deviations. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project information in the project management system (CM). * Prepare and issue tender packages, collect proposals, compile initial comparisons, and submit them for approval. * Use digital tools in daily work. * Identify compliance issues and resolve them with subcontractors within the CM software. * Compile and update 2- to 6-week control checklists. * Communicate with suppliers regarding tender clarifications, submittal corrections, deliveries, and documentation requirements. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or procurement (preferably in residential construction). * Advanced proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, or similar); advanced Excel skills; document control expertise. * Familiarity with drawings/specifications, basic quantity verification, and BIM-based workflows. * Experience in tendering, purchase order issuance, accounts payable/receivable transfers, and contractual documentation. * Excellent communication skills and strong task follow-up ability. * **Advanced English.**
