What Are We Looking For? We are currently seeking Customer Support Consultants to join our team. Functions and Responsibilities: • Maintain, update, and configure applications deployed at client sites. • Deploy various modules. • Train users on the operational use of the system marketed by the organization. • Define and agree upon administrative workflows with clients. • Conduct periodic visits to different clients. • General hardware configuration (support). Requirements: • Graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analyst, or related fields (Mandatory). • Excellent communication skills oriented toward customer service. • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions (not mandatory). • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to provide in-person support to clients (Mandatory). • Valid driver’s license. • Residence in Córdoba, Argentina.
