As a key member of our digital projects, you will be responsible for creating stunning, responsive, and user\-friendly websites using Webflow while adhering to best practices in web design and development. This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills and technical proficiency, with a strong emphasis on the Webflow platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high\-quality websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web solutions * Implement and maintain the Client\-First Design System across all projects * Create and optimize website layouts, user interfaces, and user experiences * Develop custom interactions and animations to enhance user engagement * Ensure website accessibility and cross\-browser compatibility * Integrate third\-party tools and APIs as needed * Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and performance * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest web design trends and Webflow features * Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients * Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed **Required Skills and Experience** ---------------------------------- * 3\-10 years of professional experience in web design and development * Expert\-level proficiency in Webflow, including advanced features and CMS * Strong understanding and practical experience with the Client\-First Design System * Proficient in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping * Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience with responsive design and mobile\-first approaches * Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) * Familiarity with SEO best practices * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment * Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines * Able to jump into multiple projects and add updates, maintenance tasks * Available during PST office hours (\# of hours TBD) * Strong spoken and written English skills **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Webflow Expert certification * Knowledge of Lumos Framework \[Bonus Points] * Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite * Knowledge of UX/UI design principles * Familiarity with agile development methodologies * Experience working with international clients and teams * Portfolio showcasing successful Webflow projects
