




We are seeking professionals with a degree in Mining, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory), possessing strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, analytical thinking, organizational and planning capabilities, and a strong results orientation. We require prior experience in quality assurance roles within manufacturing industries, proficiency in English, and knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949). We value training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, management system audit processes, and proficiency with IT tools (Excel, Power BI, and SAP). We require availability to work on a 14-days-on/14-days-off rotational schedule at our operational site.
