Main responsibilities of the position: Coordinate and supervise the company's accounting, financial, and administrative processes. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. Manage cash flow and financial planning. Oversee payroll processing, taxes, and tax obligations. Monitor budget compliance and perform variance analysis. Lead and coordinate the administrative-accounting team. Requirements: University degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in computer tools and management systems. Up-to-date knowledge of tax, accounting, and labor regulations. Proactive, organized profile with leadership and analytical skills. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in SMEs or companies in the commercial or industrial sector. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday mornings.
