You'll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and hiring high volumes of talent across operations, customer success, sales, and support roles often globally. This is not a slow, buttoned\-up HR job. You'll roll up your sleeves, move with urgency, and treat recruiting like sales: high touch, high volume, and outcome\-driven. ### **What You'll Do** * Own end\-to\-end recruitment across high\-volume roles (operations, entry\-level, offshore, support) * Build and maintain a predictable recruiting funnel across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, outreach) * Source talent globally, including international contractors and offshore teams * Design scrappy but scalable processes: simple pipelines, efficient scheduling, fast decision loops * Coordinate with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, improve JD clarity, and prioritize roles * Own candidate experience communicate quickly, clearly, and respectfully at every step * Use tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms (e.g. Ashby, Workable, or even Notion) to track and report on hiring metrics * Work cross\-functionally with Ops, Product, and Founders to staff up strategic hires fast ### **You Might Be a Fit If You** * Have 2\-5 years of experience in high\-volume or startup recruiting * Have worked at or with early\-stage startups and know how to build from * Move fast. Like really fast.
