Let's see if you have the skills we're looking for! :)** **For V-Valley srl**, a company within the Esprinet Group specialized in the distribution of value-added solutions, we are seeking **a Business Unit Manager Cloud who** will serve as the strategic reference point for the development and implementation of commercial and marketing plans, aiming to increase visibility for the brands under their responsibility, attract new customers, and boost sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed business goals. * Directly lead and manage the specialized sales and marketing team (approximately 20 people), providing support and leadership to maximize performance. * Collaborate with the customer sales division and other company departments to achieve assigned objectives; * Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. * Identify new business opportunities and secure new distribution agreements; * Manage strategic-level relationships with key vendors of the respective Business Units; * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies. * Monitor and optimize the Business Unit budget to ensure efficient use of resources. * Actively participate in industry events at national and international levels; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles within IT companies, preferably operating in the distribution of value-added solutions. * Strong command of the English language; * Strong passion for complex technology; * Solid knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of managing work teams. * Ability to build valuable relationships with all company departments, customers, and suppliers; **WHAT WE OFFER** * Hybrid work with the possibility of 10 days of smart working per month; * Company welfare; * Flexible arrival/departure hours; * Opportunities for international career development; * Meal vouchers; * Training programs and internal training; * A stimulating, innovative work environment attentive to sustainability and Diversity&Inclusion topics. * A dynamic and passionate team; **OUR VALUES** * **Pursuit of excellence**: we strive every day to grow and become more competent to be ready to win in continuously changing markets.
