




**Job details** ------------------------- We are seeking an Accountant with experience in accounting management, taxes, and labor matters to join the Administration Management team at a construction company in Resistencia, Chaco. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating area management, providing support to projects, and ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and labor processes. Tasks: - Develop and keep updated the administrative procedures manual. - Analyze performance indicators and costs. - Prepare management reports, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions. - Supervise the company's accounting, tax, and administrative teams and processes. Valued qualifications: - Degree in Public Accounting. - Experience leading accounting departments, preferably in construction companies. - Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power Bi. - Experience with management systems. Desirable: Finnegans and Quick Pass. - Own transportation and valid driver's license for car.
