Ceta Capital Humano is currently searching for a Territory Developer to join a Commercial Equipment Company. Main Objective: Holistically develop the assigned territory in terms of sales and collections, managing the work team and consolidating the company's commercial presence in the region. Key Responsibilities Identify new commercial agreements with customers in assigned territories Retain existing customers Execute strategies to position the brand in key markets Conduct market analysis to identify improvement opportunities Achieve sales and collection targets Prepare KPI reports Lead the team under your supervision, addressing their needs and collaborating toward continuous improvement Requirements Completed secondary education Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems Proven experience in commercial equipment sales or related fields Ability to lead a team of collaborators Experience in collections management and customer portfolio development Availability to work standard business hours, including Saturday midday Personal transportation required, preferably motorcycle.
