Job stability and professional development We are seeking a COMMERCIAL MANAGER for INSUMED S.R.L., a leading company in the marketing of medical supplies and equipment. The primary objective of this position is to comprehensively lead and manage the company's commercial development by designing and implementing policies and strategies that foster sustainable growth, profitability, and goal achievement. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the company's commercial strategy, coordinating, developing, and leading the sales force, analyzing and reporting commercial management indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, quality, and results, and ensuring achievement of commercial and profitability goals. We seek a candidate with a strong commercial profile, proactive and analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, organizational and management skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Requirements: - University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory) - Excellent proficiency in computer tools - Willingness to undergo continuous training and professional updating - Personal mobility (mandatory) - Availability for business travel - Residence: Trelew or willingness to relocate to the city - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 hrs.
