




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager with experience in quality and food safety management to implement policies, lead teams, and audit traceability processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and implement quality policies and comply with GMP. 2. Manage internal and external audits and supervise the quality team. 3. QUALITY MANAGER This search targets nutritionists, food technologists, technicians, licensed professionals, or food engineers with at least two years of prior experience in similar positions. Daily responsibilities include: Implementing quality policies. Supervising and leading GMP compliance. Monitoring and auditing traceability processes. Leading the management of corrective action plans arising from internal and external audits. Leading the quality team. Supervising pest control services and equipment maintenance. Representing the company during external audits and visits by current or prospective clients. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. One afternoon per week on a rotating schedule. Work location: Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), northern zone. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and food safety management, as well as experience with quality management systems (GMP, POES, HACCP, ISO). A methodical and organized profile with keen attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and results orientation is highly valued, ensuring compliance with food industry regulations and procedures.
