Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior System Engineer to administer systems and resolve issues promptly in the pharmaceutical sector, interpreting requirements and ensuring proper functionality. Translation of business requirements into technical specifications We are looking for a Junior System Engineer to work at a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry. Employment relationship under Acciona IT Work arrangement: 2 days on-site in Munro (mandatory) Responsibilities: General administration of the system and its components. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor file flows and detect errors before they impact the business. Restart environments when necessary. Receive requirements such as "I need a job/process" and translate them into clear technical specifications. Correctly interpret client needs even when they are not expressed in technical terms. Resolve problems promptly. Escalate critical incidents. Document solutions. Initially, a learning curve with errors or setbacks is expected, as it is a complex system. However, only half of the time will involve supervision from Germany. Therefore, we require an extremely responsible individual. Mandatory Requirements +2 years of experience in 2nd and/or 3rd level support managing systems similar to Enterprise Job Scheduling (EJS). Experience with Microsoft Server and Linux Server technologies Advanced English (B2-C1) Valid visa, as the position requires travel to Germany. Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL.
