### **GenAI Engineer (Python) – Spain (Latam Talent)** **Location:** Spain (local hiring) **Mode:** Full\-remote **Language:** Spanish (C1\) \+ English (B2\+) **Requirement:** Spanish NIE, or EU Passport, must reside or be willing to move to Spain. **About the Role** ---------------- We are joining the **core engineering team** building a next\-generation **AI Agents platform** for a **leading bank in Spain**. We're looking for a **GenAI Engineer** with a solid foundation in **Python** and strong software engineering practices to design, implement, and scale generative AI services and components on **AWS**, with a focus on **security, testing, and reliability**. We create products people love: combining businesses and consumers through technology (including **AI**) and creativity to drive digital transformation with positive impact. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design and develop **backend services in Python** (FastAPI/Flask) for orchestrating **AI Agents** and LLM workflows. * Implement **unit and integration tests** (pytest) and ensure **quality and observability** (logs, metrics, traces). * Integrate and manage **authentication/authorization on AWS** (**IAM, Cognito**) and handle **secrets management** (AWS Secrets Manager). * Collaborate within **agile teams** (Scrum/Kanban), following **code review**, **CI/CD**, and trunk\-based development practices. * Document technical decisions, patterns, and **guardrails** (security, privacy, compliance). * (Desirable) Build **GenAI pipelines**: prompts, evaluations, **RAG**, embeddings, and **vector stores**. **Requirements (Must\-haves)** --------------------- * **Strong experience in Python** (3\.x) and professional ecosystem: FastAPI/Flask, Pydantic, typing. * **Testing**: proficiency with **pytest**, mocks/fixtures, and **integration tests**. * Practical experience with **AWS AuthN/AuthZ**: **IAM, Cognito** (roles/policies, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT). * Regular experience working in **Agile**, Git, and **CI/CD** (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins). * Solid understanding of **API design** (REST; GraphQL is a plus) and **containers** (Docker). **Nice\-to\-haves** ------------------------- * Prior experience in the **financial sector** (security, compliance, auditing). * Experience implementing **LLMs** using **LangChain / LlamaIndex**, **OpenAI SDK**, or **AWS Bedrock**. * Knowledge of ML/AI libraries: **TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit\-learn**. * **Vector DBs** / embeddings: pgvector, Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS. * **RAG** and **evals** (Ragas, DeepEval), prompt engineering, and **guardrails**. * Infra/IaC: **Terraform/CloudFormation**, monitoring (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry). * **How to Apply** ---------------------- * If you meet the requirements, apply directly here. * If this isn't for you, please refer it to a colleague who fits! **Thank you!**
