Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and dynamic General Security Guards with experience in industrial security for a dynamic service involving job rotation and constant patrols. Job stability in a dynamic and professional service A reputable private security company is currently seeking General Security Guards to work in an industrial service under an operational model featuring job rotation and constant patrols. We seek responsible, dynamic candidates with industrial security experience, capable of adapting to different positions while maintaining the same objective. Key Responsibilities Constant perimeter and internal patrols. Control of personnel and vehicle entry and exit. Visual bag inspection and metal detector (Garrett) screening. Internal and external vehicle control (including mirror inspection). Driving security vehicles inside and outside the premises. Escorting executives to highway access (approx. 2 km). Alarm verification. PC operation at entry posts. Detailed incident logging in the official logbook. Ongoing movement reporting via mobile phone (WhatsApp). Service Model The site has two entry guards operating PCs. Constant job rotation (all staff must be familiar with every position). Work both outdoors and in basic-structure guard booths. Breaks per shift: 15 and 30 minutes (depending on plant activity). Maximum weekly working hours: 48 hours: 4 shifts of 12 hours each, or 6 shifts of 8 hours each. Statutory rest days according to legal schedule. Shift Hours 06:00 to 18:00 18:00 to 06:00 06:00 to 15:00 15:00 to 21:00 (Day and night shift availability required. Schedules change only due to operational contingencies.) Requirements Proven experience in industrial security. Valid driver's license. Basic PC skills. Mobile phone usage for operational reporting. Good writing skills and legible handwriting for the official logbook. Physical fitness suitable for constant patrols. Responsible, discerning profile with strong operational presence.
