Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of a dynamic team within an industrial environment, acting as the liaison between operational staff and the central office. Currently, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join our operational team at a major metallurgical plant located in Campana, Bs. As. The Challenge Your role will be the fundamental liaison between operational staff and the central office, managing the daily operations of a dynamic team within a high-demand industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Attendance Control: Management of staff arrivals, departures, absences, and leaves at the plant. New Hire Documentation: Preparation, documentation processes, and approvals. Payroll Updates: Monitoring, data entry, and reporting of working hours for monthly payroll closing. Employee Support: Resolving employee inquiries regarding pay slips, social health insurance, and internal procedures. Labor Relations: Supporting internal communication and workplace climate at the site. Requirements: Education: Advanced student or graduate in HR, Labor Relations, or Business Administration. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions, preferably in service companies, logistics, or industrial environments. Knowledge: Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements (experience with UOM, SOM, ASIMRA, or similar service-related unions is desirable) and intermediate Excel proficiency. Profile: We seek a proactive, autonomous individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with operational staff.
