




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to comprehensively manage recruitment, selection, employment documentation processes, and support talent development within a major healthcare institution. Main Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of recruitment and selection processes (job profile analysis, posting, interviews, assessment, and follow-up). Management and updating of personnel files, employment documentation, and HR databases. Support in onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Participation in performance evaluation and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). Coordination of training and development initiatives. Assistance in labor relations and internal communication matters. Support in workplace climate initiatives and improvement actions. Collaboration in the preparation of management reports and summaries. Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and company internal policies. Requirements: Tertiary or university education in related fields. Previous experience in similar positions. Proficiency in computer tools and management systems (ERP). Availability for in-person work schedule: 44 hours per week.
