Collaborate on employer branding initiatives About the Role We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT domain, ensuring profile quality, search efficiency, and a positive experience for candidates and clients. Responsibilities Identify required profiles with the team and conduct active sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database). Screen CVs and contact candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluating experience, skills, and English proficiency. Prepare candidate reports and maintain the ATS up to date. Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on the hiring process. Support candidates through to offer acceptance, providing continuous feedback. Propose process improvements and collaborate on employer branding initiatives. Requirements +2 years of experience in IT recruitment (consulting firms / staff augmentation preferred). Proficiency in LinkedIn and active sourcing (Boolean search). Ability to assess technical profiles. Strong communication skills.
