Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, manage infrastructure, and lead the maintenance team. Leadership and organization of the maintenance team Consultores de Empresas is currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for a prominent food industry company located in Rafaela - Santa Fe. · Main responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for facilities. Manage general infrastructure maintenance: electricity, plumbing, masonry, metalwork, welding, and various repairs. Supervise the proper operation of equipment, machinery, generators, and electrical systems. Lead and organize the maintenance team’s work (task assignment, monitoring, and control). Resolve operational contingencies that may arise at any time of the day. Coordinate purchases of spare parts, materials, and transportation when necessary. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and procedures. Maintain continuous communication with supervisors and management regarding deviations, failures, or operational needs. Record and report completed tasks and the overall condition of facilities. · What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years of experience in similar maintenance positions involving team leadership. Experience in general maintenance: infrastructure, electricity, building repairs, and manual labor. Completed secondary education (mandatory). Solid knowledge of electricity (mandatory).
