From Randstad Argentina, we are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for an automotive sector client headquartered in the city of Rafaela. Position Objective: Plan, execute, and supervise marketing, communication, and institutional image strategies. The role will be responsible for attracting and retaining customers through digital communication, generating consistent traffic, executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media, managing budgets, and supervising relationships with external agencies. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic, tactical, and operational marketing plans. Create and manage advertising campaigns across print, digital media, and social networks. Manage and update the institutional website and sales platforms (e.g., Mercado Libre). Administer the CRM (Tecnom or similar) and marketing automation tools. Design and produce graphic materials and communication assets (catalogs, banners, technical sheets). Approve budgets and oversee marketing service providers. Coordinate visibility activities at trade shows, exhibitions, and institutional events. Keep the team informed about market trends and industry updates. Requirements: University or tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive or commercial sector. Residence in the cities of Rafaela, Corrientes, or Resistencia.
