Problem resolution for system go-live We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist with experience in retail businesses to join our implementation and process improvement projects. We seek candidates with hands-on implementation experience, especially in contexts where product loading and migration are critical project milestones. Responsibilities: - Implement ERP systems in retail businesses (retail, wholesalers, SMEs). - Support customers in preparing and loading the product master data. - Validate key information: items, prices, taxes, stock. - Identify and resolve issues hindering system go-live. - Coordinate with customers and other project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Requirements: Prior experience as an ERP implementer or consultant. (Mandatory) Hands-on experience working with real retail businesses (not just test environments). Experience in: - product loading or migration - use of Excel / spreadsheets for data import - pre-production validations - knowledge of one or more ERP systems - solution-oriented, practice-focused profile.
