Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Supporting the company’s annual planning process with a focus on People-related expenses, tracking objectives, assessing deviations, and identifying opportunities. * Analyzing business evolution and studying proposals that support better decision-making. * Collaborating in the analysis of new projects and changes in policies related to structure, growth, benefits, and other expenses. * Conducting management control evaluations of People-related investments compared to plans; generating business insights through data analysis and cost-efficiency proposals. * Presenting monthly and quarterly People results to C-level executives, being responsible for presentation content, result analysis, and delivery. Acting as a finance business partner to the People area, supporting decision-making, investment definitions, and analysis of specific projects. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering. * At least 4 years of experience in similar roles within Planning, Budgeting, or Management Control areas. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft, Google tools, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data handling and analysis; this is desirable.
