





A leading company in the facilities sector is looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team in the Management of the Maintenance Department. You will have direct responsibility for managing preventive and corrective maintenance of our cleaning machines, ensuring assigned schedules are met and minimizing emergency downtimes. You will also be responsible for recording equipment maintenance expenses in order to plan replacements or repairs. **Responsibilities:** \- Administer maintenance of the organization's cleaning machines, including inventory control, preventive maintenance, and logistical coordination with repair workshops. \- Manage service tickets in our ERP system, ensuring timely and effective responses. \- Coordinate the purchase of spare parts and arrange freight services for necessary repairs. \- Serve as the main point of contact between the workshop, users, purchasing department, and suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. \- Maintain detailed records and traceability of repairs, identifying costs by machine and by location. \- Develop and implement a traceability system to monitor and report equipment-related expenses. \- Prepare CAPEX proposals for equipment replacement, ensuring solid and efficient financial planning. **Requirements:** \- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in maintenance and repair environments. \- Excellent organizational and time management skills. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Strong interpersonal communication skills. \- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Workspace environment. \- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Orientation toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **What we offer:** \- Premium health insurance \- Lunch provided at the office \- Corporate benefits (Benefits Club, Samshop, Sportclu and more) \- Birthday day off Job type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
