Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes. 2. Participate in the design and implementation of procedures. 3. Train personnel in manufacturing techniques. Kalop is currently seeking an advanced Engineering student to join the Process Engineering department: Requirements for this position are: Mechanical or Electromechanical Technician and Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate (Mandatory) Proven experience in industrial processes, technical office, or similar positions for a minimum of 3 years. Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer tools. Technical English. Resident of the Southern Zone. Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing process issues and propose actions aimed at improving them while maintaining product profitability and quality levels. Participate in the design, implementation, and control of basic operational procedures and manufacturing techniques. Develop operating instructions for machinery. Train middle management and operators. Track project task progress. Analyze manufacturing processes for continuous improvement. Analyze and manage KPIs. Generate and update technical specifications.
