You will partner fluidly across Product, QA, and Design to turn ideas into seamless, high\-performing software that powers the landlord\-tenant experience. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * Feature Ownership \& Delivery: Manage and deliver small\-to\-medium features independently, ensuring they ship fast, match business intent, and remain healthy in production. * Engineering Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code independently and follow established guidelines while proactively suggesting improvements to our team's coding standards. * Quality \& Peer Review: Participate actively in code reviews to preserve our team's high quality bar and minimize rework through disciplined self\-testing. * Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with Product Managers, QA, and Designers without prompting, surfacing friction points early to ensure clean handoffs. * AI\-Accelerated Workflows: Harness modern AI workflows to maximize feature delivery velocity and generate thorough test paths, critically evaluating all outputs against team standards. **Qualifications:** ------------------- * 2–4 years of software development experience with a strong track record of shipping production code. * Backend Mastery: Proficiency in JavaScript (both browser and Node.js). Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and ORMs like Sequelize is a plus. * Frontend Expertise: Solid understanding of React.js, core React principles, and CSS proficiency. * API \& Tooling: Experience with GraphQL (client/server sides) or a strong conceptual understanding of how GraphQL operates. Compensation range for this position is $70,000 \- $75,000 USD annually.
