A leading multinational company is seeking a Reliability Engineer We are looking for an Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering professional with at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles within industrial companies. Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance methodologies (FMEA, TPM, Kaizen) and optimization and improvement of sectoral KPIs is required. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory; Power BI experience is desirable. The role will be responsible for managing, collecting, and optimizing all plant technical maintenance information (machine hierarchy, critical equipment, critical spare parts, technical data sheets, operating values, operational parameters, etc). Key responsibilities include: Managing plant predictive maintenance. Identifying improvement opportunities within the department. Analyzing deviations and timeline and budget compliance. Participating in and managing failure analysis processes to determine underlying causes and propose future corrective and preventive actions. Actively participating in the maintenance department’s continuous improvement process by implementing Kaizen and contributing to the optimization of preventive maintenance plans. Analyzing key departmental metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, reliability, maintainability, availability, downtime, failure analysis, FMEA, etc., and generating actionable insights to appropriately allocate departmental resources. Collaborating closely with maintenance supervisors and the maintenance manager to ensure effective execution of reliability strategies. Managing plant reliability indicators, among others.
