Within the **Management Control team for the Alarms Business**, we are seeking to hire a **Senior Management Control Analyst**, with a strong accounting orientation and analytical capabilities to produce high-quality financial reports, actively participate in closing processes, and support performance analysis. **Primary role objective:** You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of the monthly financial closing, as well as expense provisioning, posting, and financial reporting for the business. Your focus will center on cost centers, emphasizing data quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, you will provide support in performance analysis, explanations of variances, and preparation of reports for the Regional Planning and Financial Analysis team. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Participating in the monthly financial closing process and variance analysis (monthly, quarterly, annual). * Preparing and maintaining financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, volume). * Ensuring quality and consistency of accounting information across cost centers. * Supporting the regional controller in performance tracking and financial analysis. * Participating in expense provisioning and posting within the closing process. * Keeping business-related documentation and reports up to date. * Collaborating with various departments to ensure a holistic view of the business. **Required skills to succeed in this role:** * Prior experience in accounting areas preferred (ideally GAAP). * Solid understanding of analytical accounts and business operations. * Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and ability to quickly adapt to new processes and remote work environments. * Proactivity, agility in identifying deviations, and commitment to timely closings. * Proficiency in tools such as ERP Cloud (accounting and accounts payable modules), Salesforce, and VEO Siglo. **Required qualifications and methodologies for this role:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Familiarity with the business and internal company experience. * Strong analytical capability and results-oriented mindset. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills in dynamic environments. * Ability to work autonomously. **Employment modality:** Hybrid work model, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, at our Plantel Florida office in Vicente López. ***We offer you the opportunity to join a company that develops programs to nurture and attract talent; every day, we strive to deliver innovative security solutions in collaboration with international teams.*** ***In addition, you’ll enjoy significant benefits, including family health insurance, paid time-off days, discounts at universities and language centers, Gympass, discounts on leading electronics and consumer goods brands, travel benefits, and more.*** ***We want you to be part of Prosegur—join our team!***
