Job Summary: We are seeking a production operations coordinator to lead teams, monitor management KPIs, and promote continuous improvement in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and continuous improvement of KPIs We seek a candidate with experience in coordinating production operations, leading teams, and monitoring management KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and goal achievement. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate activities across different production shifts, ensuring adherence to the work plan. * Lead and supervise shift supervisors, guaranteeing operational continuity. * Analyze management KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, quality, and departmental performance. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions jointly with the team. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Coordinate and develop the workforce, fostering a positive work environment and efficient resource management. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory or coordination roles within industrial plants. * Experience leading work teams across multiple shifts. * Proficiency in management KPIs and process improvement tools. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and management systems. **Location** West Zone.
