What will your responsibilities be? * Design multi-cloud solutions that help our clients maximize their investment in Salesforce. * Propose reliable, easy-to-use, and adaptable Salesforce solutions to transform how our clients engage with their customers, employees, and partners. * Translate client requirements into well-designed solutions that fully leverage Salesforce platforms and products. * Lead the overall architecture and functional design of the Salesforce solution, as well as the design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development). * Conduct proof-of-concept activities and develop components or modifications where the Development team lacks the required expertise. * Provide detailed effort estimates for proposed solutions and offer technical expertise during pre-sales efforts to estimate technical effort levels / provide hands-on, expert-level technical support to developers. * Be accountable for the quality and releases implemented by your development team in the production environment. * Act as a coach and mentor to the development team on technical topics. * Stay current with and understand new Salesforce products and capabilities (technical) resulting from product launches and acquisitions. What do we need from you? * Ability to define the Salesforce solution architecture and identify gaps between current and desired end states. * Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and define supporting solutions, leveraging Salesforce platforms and products in the most effective way. * Experience designing and developing software components and solutions. * Background in developing Lightning components, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Apex code, and configuring declarative components such as Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Omni Studio (plus). * Knowledge of security options and how to address security requirements. * Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to meet business needs. * Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients. * Experience with DevOps for Salesforce solutions. * Extensive experience with Agile methodologies. * Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. * Team leadership experience. * Salesforce technical certifications (plus).
