




Support and drive the People strategy by providing key support from the shared services center to business leaders, ensuring the proper implementation of HR initiatives. This is a role with a more analytical and strategic outlook, integrating data, processes, and change management to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and gain exposure to areas such as Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Performance Development, Employee Relations, Engagement, and Career Development. Job Description: We are looking for an HR Team Lead to join the HR team at dentsu! Key responsibilities include: * Support execution of the HR strategy, ensuring communication, tracking, and analysis of key initiatives. * Execute and monitor HR processes, standards, and tools consistently (e.g., structure, processes, roles, competencies, metrics, etc.). * Analyze organizational, financial, and talent data to generate insights and recommendations regarding structure, staffing, and workforce composition. * Support Change Management initiatives, including communications, analysis, culture, and impact management. * Collaborate with managers and HRBPs on the development and tracking of career plans. * Support Performance Development processes, promoting best practices and adoption of global methodologies. * Participate in Employee Engagement projects to foster commitment, active listening, and leadership accountability. * Support Employee Relations on low-complexity cases, contributing to strengthening managers’ leadership capabilities. * Provide analytical support to the HR team and business leaders for decision-making. * Collaborate with Shared Services (Workday) on administrative tasks and data management. * Coordinate tasks and priorities for your direct team. ️ What do we value? ✔ Prior experience in generalist HR or HRBP support roles, with an analytical mindset. ✔ Experience leading teams of two or more people. ✔ Knowledge of HR processes, change management, and talent metrics. ✔ Strong data handling and reporting skills. ✔ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and global teams. ✔ Process-oriented profile. ✔ Advanced English (Mandatory).
