Data and Billing Analyst Job Summary We are looking for a professional with experience in Data Analysis and Billing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of internal control, billing review, and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis, as well as skills in customer management and communication. Responsibilities Conduct internal control and review of billing processes. Prepare detailed reports using operational and billing data. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. Manage communication with customers regarding billing and data-related matters. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in data analysis and billing. Relevant academic background in finance, accounting, or administration. Proficiency in computer tools. Knowledge of Python and management systems such as SAP is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Working Conditions Hybrid work model (combination of on-site and remote work days).
