For VMOS, an oil export logistics company, we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Process Analyst. Job Mission Ensure the efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes to guarantee material availability, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and support for Oil & Gas operations, while maintaining high standards of quality, operational safety, and traceability. Key Responsibilities Process Management and Optimization Analyze, map, document, and improve planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics processes. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, deviations, and opportunities for automation. Implement agile methodologies. Maintain up-to-date process documentation (SOPs, instructions, flowcharts). Data Analysis and Reporting Generate performance reports, KPIs, and deviation analyses. Create monitoring dashboards (Power BI, advanced Excel, or other tools). Conduct root cause analysis for supply issues or demand fluctuations. Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement Capture and document lessons learned related to document management. Propose improvements in processes, tools, and document control methodologies. Participate in defining and updating internal procedures. Promote internal training on best practices in document management. Stay updated on document management methodologies, best practices, and technologies. Position: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Hybrid Mode Workplace: Puerto Madero Requirements: Job Requirements Administration or related degrees; auditing. Additional training in Supply Chain (APICS, ISM, logistics) is desirable. Lean / Six Sigma certification (a plus). 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Process roles.
