We are seeking a graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Administration, with proven experience in logistics management control functions within companies engaged in mass-consumption production processes. The main challenge of this position will be to analyze and report logistics service KPIs for subsidiaries, ensuring accurate information, thorough analysis, and maximization of contribution margins for each activity and its associated processes. Key Responsibilities: Generate logistics expense reports per subsidiary, analyzing results against the expense budget, identifying deviations and their causes. Define parameters and implement improvements in storage and distribution cost indicators. Monitor and control results of cyclic inventory counts in subsidiary logistics operations. Analyze and report on immobilized units in subsidiary stock. Monitor and analyze the Operations Command Dashboard and track indicators to identify improvement proposals. Validate billing from logistics operators at subsidiaries (tariff schedules and quantities). Requirements: Requirements: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Administration. 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within the logistics sector, preferably in mass-consumption companies. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory for this position; knowledge of Power BI is required, and familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana or similar) is desirable. Intermediate English and Portuguese proficiency. Candidates with prior experience managing WMS systems and performing budget administration and accounting analysis functions will be highly valued. The position requires strong organizational and execution capabilities. Autonomous, proactive profile with outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
