At Danone, we are seeking an Engineering Analyst for our Kasdorf (Garin) plant. This position will be key to working as a team toward our purpose: delivering health through food and beverages to as many people as possible, while caring for the planet.
About the role
As an Engineering Analyst, you will be a key member of our Industrial Management team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, your primary mission will be to monitor and comprehensively manage modification, installation, and machinery projects at our plant. We are looking for someone with solid technical insight and strong management capabilities to ensure excellence in the execution of each project and improvement initiative.
Your key responsibilities
* CAPEX Project Management: You will lead planning, contracting, and overall execution of capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with established KPIs.
* Administrative and Financial Control: You will manage internal purchase orders, track actual expenses versus budget, forecast payments, and request funds from Finance.
* Safety and Auditing: You will issue work permits for third parties and conduct ongoing audits of contractors to ensure compliance with standards and manage deviations.
* Continuous Improvement: You will participate in SQCDME indicator analysis and incident investigations, ensuring deviation reporting in the PDCA system and proposing creative solutions.
* Training and Innovation: You will lead technical training programs for new equipment and maintain contact with Central Engineering to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
About you
* Education: Graduate or advanced student in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related fields (Mandatory).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (Desirable).
* Languages: Intermediate level of English (Desirable).
* Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD for generating drawings and layouts, and MS Project for schedule management.
* Proficiency in Office suite and SAP (Desirable)
