




**Functions and responsibilities:** Manage corporate human resources administration processes for all group distributors. Administer employee files, updates, and payroll processing, including absenteeism control and overtime reports. Manage employee hires and terminations, including registrations with relevant agencies (ARCA, SSFF) and service certifications. Maintain updated work schedules, shifts, and compensatory time records. Prepare reports on absences, disciplinary actions, leaves, etc. Administer corporate HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar. Follow up on official communications and legal notices related to personnel. We are a leading company in Electric Power Distribution. Requirements Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in HR or personnel administration areas (not mandatory). Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (preferably SSFF). Organized, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
